Obligation Risk

Get detailed risk metrics for a specific obligation:

Understanding LTV

Loan-to-Value (LTV) is the ratio of borrowed value to collateral value:
  • effective_ltv — the current LTV of the obligation
  • liquidation_threshold_ltv — the LTV at which the protocol begins liquidation
  • liquidation_buffer — the gap between current LTV and liquidation threshold
A larger buffer means the position is safer.

Understanding Health Factor

The health factor measures how far a position is from liquidation:
Land provides two health metrics:
  • protocol_health_factor — the health factor as reported by the underlying protocol
  • backend_health_score — Land’s independently computed health score

Model Versioning

Risk calculations are versioned via the ltv_model_version field (e.g., v1). If the computation model changes, the version increments so you can track which model produced a given score.
